Annual Maintenance
Equipment Manufacturers recommend annual maintenance on all HVAC systems, just like a vehicle. This ensures proper airflow and heating or cooling in the building. This is especially important in a Commercial building, as the equipment can experience more wear and tear. Commercial buildings also have a lot more people moving in and out of the building, which affects air quality. We provide full inspections and maintenance services for all Commercial HVAC Equipment. This includes Rooftop Units, Makeup Air Units, or Air Handling Units. Please contact our office if you would like to get a quote for your Commercial HVAC system. Our Licensed Technicians will come out for a FREE site visit within 1 – 5 business days and the quote will follow shortly after that.
In addition to regular Annual Maintenance, we also provide options for Maintenance Agreements. They include two site visits per year and are purchased in advance. Included in the estimate will be a list of any parts that require regular replacement such as Filters and Belts. We replace filters twice a year for Commercial HVAC Systems, and Belts once a year. You can purchase up to 3 years of Annual Service at once, allowing you to lock in today’s prices!
Commercial HVAC Repairs
If it has been some time since your Commercial HVAC System was inspected and maintained, or if it is getting up there in years, your system may require some repairs. Our Technicians will advise you of any recommended repairs and a quote will follow after the Maintenance has been completed. Repairing issues early is key, as it is usually cheaper to repair a smaller problem rather than a larger one. Some HVAC parts can also become more difficult to find depending on the age and brand of the unit. We also provide Service Calls and have a 24-hour HVAC Emergency line.

Our brand of choice is Lennox for all HVAC equipment and they provide many options for Commercial Systems. Our free Commercial Site Visits include providing an Install Estimate if requested, and we take care of everything so the process is smooth and worry-free.
