Reschedule/Cancellation Policy
If you have an appointment with us and need to cancel or reschedule it for any reason, it’s not a problem at all! Just let us know before 12:00pm the business day before your appointment and we will gladly take care of it. We also contact all clients who book 14 days or more ahead of time a few days prior to their service. This provides you not only with a reminder, but an opportunity to reschedule your appointment.
Unfortunately, we do have a Cancellation Fee if you contact us after the cut-off time. The fee is only $95.24 + gst and is required in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Don’t worry though! This Cancellation Fee is put onto your file and acts as a credit on your next service.
