Right from the get-go we have the set up your home needs. Primarily, we use the well known and trusted Lennox Air Conditioners. When we come to your home for your Free In Home Consultation, you will be walked through the entire process. All of the options will be explained, so you can make the best decision for your home. If you would like an alternative brand of air conditioner installed, than we can of course do that for you as well! We also have flexible payment options available.

Manitoba Hydro Power Smart Program
Many of our clients are caught off guard when their Air Conditioner breaks down, or needs to be replaced. Replacement of these units can usually be unexpected and many people cannot afford to pay for a new one outright from their budget. Well luckily, Manitoba Hydro has a great program in place to help ensure that your new unit is affordable for you! We will also help fill out any paperwork that is needed to apply for this loan if you do need financial assistance.

Repair Work
If your Air Conditioner isn’t working, give us a call! We will send an HVAC Technician as soon as we can to determine the problem. Once troubleshooting has been done, we will provide a quote as soon as possible. Repairs are scheduled Monday – Friday between 8am – 4:30pm just in case additional parts or supplies are needed as our suppliers are open during this time.
Annual Maintenance
Give us a call for all your air conditioning needs so we can make sure everything is running at the highest efficiency and we will recommend any repairs if they are required. Regular maintenance on your Air Conditioner will help put your mind to rest. We offer an excellent inspection & annual maintenance for only $179.95.

A-Coil/Evaporator Cleaning
This is a very important piece of your duct system. An evaporator coil (or A-Coil) is located indoors and is either installed with your furnace or as part of your air handler. Inside the coil, the refrigerant evaporates as it absorbs heat from the indoor air that passes over it. The coil essentially serves as a “heat exchanger,” working with your heating system in the winter and your cooling system in the summer.
A dirty indoor coil lowers the efficiency and performance of your total system. To keep your system operating at design performance, have your coil cleaned regularly. A clean coil will yield higher performance and cleaner air in your home.
